Pros

People are very nice. You can achieve a work life balance. If you work hard you will be recognized. It's a "tech' company culture but large enough to have its formalities.

Cons

The work is not intellectually rigorous and most folks are essentially in sales. You're either managing clients, publishers, or campaigns which require good people and strategic thinking skills. Its hard to stay challenged and excited when life becomes mundane.

- Unlimited PTO - remote - Easy - I give work life balance a 3/5 because you can do the bare minimum and still have half a day to do whatever

Pros

None to mention. This place is a disaster

Cons

What do we start? Awful comp plans, nobody makes any money here, high turnover, awful leadership and almost no coaching for sales reps. There is zero chance of career progression and Quinstreet and over the last 18 months they laid off almost a dozen founding members from Modernize. Terrible culture. Stay far away.
