Pros

Culture. PTO. Will send you gifts periodically.

Cons

Upper management is running the company into the ground. Departments are bleeding money. Outsourcing started a few years ago and has only gotten worse with time. Don't get caught up in the 'values'. Does not matter how hard you work or how much recognition you get from the company, they WILL lay you off eventually.

Pros

They have rockstar staff that can help grow your knowledge base and catapult your career by being mentors.

Cons

The rockstars (and everyone else) have minimal time to provide guidance or to strategize because they are perpetually understaffed.
