Good work life balance. Internal culture was fine, if fairly boring.

The role was pretty boring and the tasks were pretty rote, without much room to contribute additional thinking or with opportunities to expand the scope of what I was working on. No one took an interest in my learning or growth and even though I could have contributed a lot more, no one was paying attention enough. Support for professional development was minimal. Coworkers were nice but
