I can stress enough the need to avoid this company. I was paired with a boss who was extrememly poor at explaining things, lacked any understanding or empathy for employees who fell ill with COVID, and piled on the work with little explanation on how to do the work. I was then terminated with little warning (no PIP) and little explanation.

Because it depends on your direct manager how it will work out for you, it can be chaotic and political.
