Pros

1) Small/Mid-size Company - been around for a looong while (there are pros and cons to this) 2) They are doing great stuff in performance based marketing 3) Lots to learn - for a couple of years 2)

Cons

1) Not adapted to newer advanced technologies 2) I think there was nepotism - but as long as you are doing your job well you should be fine,.

Pros

Collective expertise across multiple fields, great culture, and interesting challenges which arise as part of the advertising/marketing industry.

Cons

Compensation is limited, and workload often results in long hours. Limited communication/transparency from senior management, with unorganized and vague execution to business model. Training is limited and the current training programs aren't sufficient to establish expertise - limiting employees to seek training during their free time, outside of the workplace.
