no job security, though you do good job ,manager wont appreciate your work will get work from you and fire you at will, if manager lies you cannot prove it

good work/life balance. I did see lots of people promoted internally to leadership roles so if you want to grow there, some people are able to make it work

Cons

work is pretty unexciting and routine. not much room to innovate or try new things.

Pros

Good for New Grads to start, will learn a lot on performance marketing, good work/life balance.

Cons

Slow growth, silo'd, hard to get anything done when processes are outdated. When employees leave, there isn't strong documentation on processes leading to a lot of investigative work on where accounts are left or how to complete certain tasks. When asked why we do certain things that are inefficient, the answer is usually "this is how it was done" which should change to "this is the best way to complete"
