Pros

Remote work culture is well-rounded, and supportive of a healthy work/life balance. Since I’ve been on the team I’ve felt more professionally connected than in any other previous in-person role at other companies. Employee onboarding was also very informative and helpful to learn about the company. Great benefits, especially when it comes to pay and leave time for new parents.

Cons

My role has a lot of autonomy to create my own road map which could be intimidating to someone who needs structured lanes to perform in, so that could be a downfall for others (for me it’s great). No 401k match, outweighed by other investment options though!
