Management treats you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees. There is no scolding, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. The bathrooms are supplied with packaged clean toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. WOW!! The breakroom is filled with daily snacks...everything you can think of all free to the employees! All employees seem content and the morale is positive. Management is consistently there for support, as well as additional training, coaching, and mentoring. Most of management has previously worked in the loan specialist position at one time or another and therefore is in touch what your job entails on a day to day basis. They can relate to what your day looks like, which is significant. Management provides motivation, resources, and promotes the success of each employee. What you earn is what you put in. Stay focused, disciplined, and consistent and the reep your rewards!
