Absolute dearth of any good work culture. Firm has zero interest in promoting team building or cooperation. Birthdays, or departures of employees are not even acknowledged. Managers avoid talking or giving work to anyone who isnt a north indian male and are hardly equipped to manage. Office retreats do not exist. If team outings occur at the company's expense, teams often exclude certain individuals.
