Mission We started Quince to challenge the existing idea that nice things have to cost a lot. Our mission was simple—create products of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands at a much lower price. Because we believe quality should never be a luxury.
Description We believe quality products can elevate your life - especially when they’re sustainably made and accessibly priced.
Quince was founded with a simple but bold idea: luxury shouldn’t be exclusive. After building careers with high-end brands, we knew firsthand how costly and inefficient traditional retail had become. The markups, the middlemen, the inventory waste - it all felt outdated and unnecessary.
So we set out to create something different: a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model that delivers exceptionally high-quality essentials at radically low prices. We partner directly with the world’s leading factories and streamline the supply chain to produce high quality products at low prices. Our just-in-time production model not only drives affordability, it also reduces overproduction and promotes sustainable, responsible manufacturing.
But Quince is more than a brand - it’s a team of builders united by a shared mission and a performance-driven mindset. We hire people who thrive in fast-paced environments, take full ownership of their work, and want to build something meaningful alongside others who are all-in. This is a company where you write a new way of working, grow by doing, and see the direct impact of your effort every single day.
We’re lean by design, entrepreneurial at our core, and committed to doing things differently—not just in how we make our products, but in how we build our team.
