Pros

Great benefits and job stability. People stay for a long time and rarely leave even if you are not productive you get to stay until you retire with little fear of losing your job.

Cons

No room for growth, not a diverse workforce at all and no intent to prioritize DE&I. No POC in leadership or management positions. Managers micromanage their employees.
