Pros

Everyone knows everyone and they are all incredibly nice. It has a real family and friendly feel to it and the benefits are some of the best you'll find anywhere.

Cons

It can take a while to move up because everybody wants to stay until they retire and you almost have to know or be related to someone to get hired.

Pros

Great managers. Excellent benefits & flexibility. A company that really treats employees like valued individuals. Growing a larger group of young, highly intelligent employees. Tends to hire from within which makes changing departments a possibility for moving up. Not a high turnover. Many employees will be there for life & love their job.

Cons

Some employees fit the expression "you can't teach an old dog new tricks." Frustrating aspect, but at least you know management won't fire you once you're irrelevant.
