Culture is toxic, not professional, and full of bigoted, misogynistic, old boys' club. There is no documentation of any sort of company knowledge, so you get thrown into a system that is not well developed and held together by tribal knowledge and the tribe doesn't pass that info along

Pros

Family owned company that has continued to grow in the Latin market every year. Strong company in the Latin communities. Owners are great and are willing to invest in order to see the company's growth.

Cons

Management needs work. The old boys club mentality at its finest. Not what you know but who you kiss up to.there is no chain of command , one person running the show and he is in over his head. The buyers are hard to get in touch with and usually don't reply to a question without multiple calls or emails. Very frustrating.
