Very supportive and good supervisors at the middle management level. Everyone is very professional and works together well. The company is very supportive if you have medical problems or family issues that are keeping you away from work.

Getting a pay raise is like pulling teeth. I have never worked for a company that pinches pennies like this one does. Senior managers micromanage and make absurd demands that are sometimes unrealistic. The culture can be toxic at times. Many conversations that should be held behind closed doors are out in the open where everyone can see someone getting berated. If you thrive on compliments and words of affirmation about your quality of work, this is no the place for you. Benefits are through United Healthcare and they are very expensive and not great.
