Pros

Pay is better than I was offered at other companies. Fellow employees are nice and good at their jobs.

Cons

Expectations keep getting raised and are quickly becoming unrealistic. Benefits get cut, pay raises get delayed, promotions only yield a small bump in pay with a large bump in responsibilities. Layoffs often miss underperformers and often cull top performers. Upper management despises their employees, and makes no attempt to hide it. If you work 40 hours per week, you will be labeled an underperformer.

Pros

Some managers can be friendly, and there are a few team members who are supportive and willing to help when approached

Cons

•Insufficient Onboarding: The onboarding process felt rushed and inadequate, leaving new hires without a clear understanding of expectations. •Lack of Mentorship: There was minimal attention to developing new employees, with few resources allocated for training or career progression. •Resource Constraints: The company struggled to provide the necessary resources, which significantly impacted the ability of new hires to succeed. There were already a lack of projects coming in and the first people to be let go were the ones you were supposed to be guiding and helping grow without any warning.

Pros

The company offers a good work-life balance with a flexible schedule, remote work options, and reasonable hours. Collaboration and teamwork are strong, with supportive coworkers. Leadership is responsive and genuinely cares about employee feedback.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are limited, and mentorship programs are lacking. As a small company that has acquired larger companies, challenges remain in integrating processes and systems.
