Pros

A collaborative and enthusiastic set of people with superb knowledge and expertise. The team is committed to do what is best for the company and customers.

Cons

Senior leadership seems to be living in another world with no long term strategy, wanting to go after the next shiny thing, removed from ground reality, completely lacking a plan for the business.

Pros

Fully remote, solid benefits and good work life balance.

Cons

Many layoffs this year after not hitting revenue targets. Leadership of my division seemed clueless on how to operate in multiple swim lanes at once. After several years of high profits, Q seems to now be flailing in an increasingly tough market without a clear vision of how to pivot.

Pros

I worked with some of the best people in the Microsoft Azure space, helping me further my skill set. There was no drama among the team I worked with. Very professional.

Cons

The company is susceptible to market conditions, and will lay people off. The compensation package could be a little better.
