Pros

Teams are great and eager to share knowledge as well as learn new things.

Cons

Leadership seems to be only focused on revenue rather than creating a motivated workforce to drive revenue up. Little to no motivation for employees to excel. Near stagnant pay over the past few years. Little to no recognition for employees that are considered top earners, preferred and trusted client advisors, and maintain a high utilization. Periodic layoffs.

Pros

Good technologists and great co-workers.

Cons

Management seems to be actively trying to get people to quit, despite all of the corporate BS speak delivered by executives over and over again. No raises have been implemented for several years. Raises promised for February (after several delays) are delayed again. Promotions promised for February are delayed again.
