The whole HR team is interesting only in gossiping. • Offshore teams receive very little meaningful work, leading to constant underutilization and low morale. • The India office is not treated as a priority, with minimal focus or investment from the company. • Overall environment feels neglected, directionless, and discouraging for anyone looking for growth.
