Absolutely atrocious senior leadership. I've never seen such disorganized leadership in my entire career. They announce that their goal is to go Public in the US. Then, they completely shift to going private. They announce things are coming in a specified time frame, and then announce they are not coming (like raises).

Lack of Projects: For months, there were no significant projects to work on. The company promised growth and exposure to cutting-edge work, but most employees, especially in the India office, were left twiddling their thumbs. No Clear Direction: The leadership has no clear roadmap for the India office. The senior management is either unresponsive or vague when it comes to strategic planning. As a result, employees are often left wondering what the purpose of their role even is. Limited Growth Opportunities: With no projects to work on and no clear goals, personal development takes a backseat. Communication Issues: There's a lack of transparency when it comes to decisions made at the top levels. You’re often left in the dark regarding company priorities and how your role fits into them.
