Pros

Quiet office, Ping Pong Table, Coffee, Fake smiles

Cons

Unorganized, lack of direction, lack of process and a lot of in-fighting management at the highest levels. Not aligned. Talk negatively about other managers and employees to all employees and spread to clients. Middle school gossip. Unprofessional.

Pros

Employ some smart people but most have or are looking to leave. Strong ideas on direction, but poor execution. Recent rumors they are looking to make changes but this has been heard before.

Cons

Management is aware of issues but will not make necessary changes. Most are interviewing to leave while they can. Client satisfaction continues to be a major problem.

Cons

Working our way out of the start up phase with some bumps, but culture and work/life balance are generally beyond where the competitors are
