Pros

Pay is better than I was offered at other companies. Fellow employees are nice and good at their jobs.

Cons

Expectations keep getting raised and are quickly becoming unrealistic. Benefits get cut, pay raises get delayed, promotions only yield a small bump in pay with a large bump in responsibilities. Layoffs often miss underperformers and often cull top performers. Upper management despises their employees, and makes no attempt to hide it. If you work 40 hours per week, you will be labeled an underperformer.

Pros

Some wonderful people are still there

Cons

Sometimes toxic, and a good deal of focus on the negatives to guilt people into working more hours and taking the blame for issues out of their control. Pays less than other consulting organizations.
