People are super smart yet humble and fun to work with. Mission to help people learn runs strong not only through product but also internally - management actively helps create growth opportunities, and we have regular Lunch n' Learns, workshops, an annual professional development budget. Leadership is transparent, organized and inspirational. Great work/life balance, too!

Cons

Fast growing team can be hard to keep up with as organizational structure processes are constantly evolving.

Quizlet is very inclusive; everyone's opinion is respected. Management guides employees but does not micro-manage. It feels good knowing that I am working for a company that is helping students grow, learn and succeed.
