Mission driven company towards a simple one - help everyone to learn and master Autonomous team culture where it's being practiced regularly Free snacks (with lots of varieties) and catered lunch from different cuisines at San Francisco Each employee is owner - gets stock option

Cons

Cons

When I started the decision making process wasn't very quick and didn't always prioritize what I thought were the right goals / objectives, but under the leadership for the past couple of years that's gotten way better.
