High salary, above average for this region. Remote work for contractors.

Cons

Ideologically polarized company, dictating rules of communication on a micro-management level. At the same time, sinking into corruption with dozens of "managers" from the Balkans, that just forced in people with connections to them, and milked the budgets ,with very low value return.

- coworkers are friendly and helpful - nice office - good benefits - meaningful mission

Cons

- fire drills / pressure for answers for things outside of my control - not sure about company stability/longevity - not sure if they really care about early career workers saw myself working at quizlet for a many years to come, but i was affected by layoffs within one year of starting my role. when i joined quizlet, i was told i would be able to switch teams in the future, instead of giving me that chance, they ended my employment.
