Was a great place to work at, nothing comes to mind now.

Cons

After decisions of previous CEO to basically buy a falling-apart textbook solutions company whose CEO didn't even know what a project charter is(not to even mention their so-called content management team that barely knows basic courtesy and writing in English), basically everything is falling apart. Invested money won't return anytime soon, and we had to fire some great people for the sake of those incompetent teams from the mentioned textbook solutions.

- promotions are not defined - very unorganized - leadership is constantly leaving - managers are not trained, and they are not provided any training beyond LinkedIn Learning - the absolute worst onboarding experience - Leadership/management are rude
