Pros
The people who aren’t in leadership are good and care for each other.
Cons
Decline in growth. No IPO prospect and equity is underwater. CTO micromanages but doesn’t prioritize. The CPO doesn’t have a product vision. CTO steamrolls the CPO. There’s no strategy, just a bunch of ideas that they think is a strategy. No roadmap, no planning for each quarters, there are no more OKRs so we don’t have targets. The leadership team all came from big companies and don’t have real experience running a small company.
