      Amazing people who are approachable, warm, and genuinely smart. A culture of flexibility. We are all adults and can balance our work and personal lives as needed. Leadership is accessible, human, and invested in the long-term health of the company. Strong culture of collaboration Mission-driven product with real user impact. Supportive cross-functional partners. A workplace where you can grow, contribute, and feel valued.

      Cons

      The organization is in a rebuilding phase, but it's moving in the right direction. The former CTO’s leadership left some scars within Engineering, and the team has had to navigate through that baggage. That said, there’s been meaningful progress, and the team is steadily overcoming past challenges with renewed focus and strong leadership.
