      In my 5+ years at Qumulo, I have had immense opportunity to learn and grow whether as a result of direct exposure to senior leadership, ability to get involved in projects not directly in my role, or through encouragement to move positions within the company in order to expand my knowledge base. This is a company that has invested in me as much as I have invested in it, and the leadership here rewards and recognizes my contribution. For those reasons, I highly recommend Qumulo as a great place to work!

      Cons

      As with any startup, things can be chaotic - there are lots of competing priorities and we move at a fast pace. Most of the time that keeps things interesting, but it can also be stressful.

      CEO brought in new leadership who aggressively "restructured" all the low performers, woke warriors and whiners. I suspect most of the negative reviews on here are from people let go who can't believe they were held accountable. The new CTO figured out how to up level the product vision and pull in delivery dates, by getting rid of the dead weight. Feels like a real tech company now.

      Cons

      If you want a touchy feely, rest & vest job, Qumulo is not for you. No judgment, those are good lifestyle gigs if you can get them and hide longterm while earning $'s. Wish the CEO brought in new leadership sooner, but better late than never.
