- CEO is moving away from politics during weekly company meeting. - Solid product in the NAS space. Very innovative compared to legacy NAS. - Immense focus on channeling the direction of where Big Data has been moving. - Great work life balance.

Cons

Was injecting outside politics into the culture.

Pros

Product continues to go in the right direction and is cloud focused. Puts the customer first and treats their Customer Success team as a top tier team. Good transparency and communication from leadership even as the company grows.

Cons

Lots of executive churn which can lower moral. Continues to dangle the “IPO” carrot but doesn’t devolve much as to what would be needed for that.
