Pros

Product continues to go in the right direction and is cloud focused. Puts the customer first and treats their Customer Success team as a top tier team. Good transparency and communication from leadership even as the company grows.

Cons

Lots of executive churn which can lower moral. Continues to dangle the “IPO” carrot but doesn’t devolve much as to what would be needed for that.

The executive team genuinely cares about Qumulo employees. Sharing by default. Great compensation and health benefits for a pre-IPO company. Wonderful food and snacks.

Cons

One day having to return to the office in-person, despite rising crime rates in downtown Seattle.
