Great team members to bounce ideas off of and willing to help each other.

Cons

Can be fast pace with new tooling processes to support customers, but that's expected for a startup.

Cons

Company has been slashing costs everywhere they can. Fired entire Markerting team 10 days before Christmas in Dec of 2023. No channel support. Fired most SDRs and moved the few they kept to a Cloud team. Revenues have been declining for the past few years and they can't figure it out. They finally fired some people at the top, but the new guys who have come in (CEO & VP) are abrasive and managing out of fear.

Great product, fantastic support and high levels of customer satisfaction. Great customer retention which is critical for sales people

Cons

Lots of friction in the sales process due to the leadership team.
