Pros

A good product that fits a few small nitches and when it suits them a good culture a good people.

Cons

A completely messed up company, they act like everything is great and love to "overshare" but then ambush long time employees with layoffs. They have laid off over 100 people in 2022 and not sure where the heck this company is going but in the wrong direction for sure.

Pros

The product is really good. Much better than the others in this space for file data storage. All inclusive pricing, and future proofing investment is a nice thing to sell to customers. The two new leaders they brought in should definitely shake things up a bit, but I don't think they knew exactly what they were getting themselves into before they joined. Nonetheless, they are both great.

Cons

Poor management. It feels like they are running the company into the ground. Bad mojo right there. they put a secretary without any experience in a marketing position managing several senior marketeers. no accountability from the top. That makes me question whether or not this company can survive with that kind of oversight. Sales is a mess. Compensation is the lowest in my industry experience. No increases. Culture and values would be nice lived out instead of just written down.

Technology is the only pro. Everything else is simply a disaster.

Cons

Culture is horrible with lots of infighting for power which results in employees quitting or getting fired constantly. The churn never stops.
