Pros
The people make you want to stay and work here for as long as you can, however, the remote environment makes it tough to interact with the awesome people as much as you would want to. They are super inclusive and do their best to create a team culture where everyone can be themselves. They value new ideas, new opinions and new perspective. Leadership is super transparent, sometimes too transparent but its received well.
Cons
There is a lot to do, not as many people to do it like every start up. They want to grow faster than they can build and they still have a go to market strategy to figure out.
