Honestly, the company as a whole is run extremely well. Everyone I worked with was friendly and if there was a dispute it was resolved quickly. The managers really know what they're doing and will go out of their way to help if it is needed. They're flexible and they put people in positions that best suit them, changing and swapping people if the need arises or the employee is better suited elsewhere.

Cons

The work is hard and if you want to rise within the company you have to be willing to put in the work. In the warehouses summers are hot and winters are cold, if you can't handle the elements then it's no place for you.

no training, drama filled environment, disrespect, favoritism, entitlement, occasional sexism, bottom dollar pay, empty promises, lack of growth and a good amount of dishonesty. this company will not treat you like family like they claim but they will put a smile on their face while onboarding you. once you are settled you are not cared about at all and they will be quick to show you that.

management is a clown show. will sits in his office all day either watching the girls work or micromanaging the guys in the racks and the line over the intercom system. the managers under will all suck up to him one imparticular is great at sucking him. you are held at work till management says you can leave and if you dont check out with them before you leave you might as well just not come back cause there will be a target on you. this is the most toxic work environment ive ever experienced in my life i wouldn't wish working here on my worst enemy
