Pros
I have been with the company for several years and it has been an overall mixed experience. I came in with no HVAC experience and have been lucky to meet several customers/co-workers who have helped me along the way. It is great to have a set Monday-Friday schedule and only working 1-2 Saturdays a month. Overtime is also nice and often available. Great benefits and get paid weekly. Overall it is a good place to start if interested in HVAC.
Cons
Depending on location, stores are often understaffed and experience high employee turnover rates which result in daily work becoming overwhelming as you are working long hours every day to make sure everything gets done. If you are not experienced in HVAC than you will most likely have to teach yourself as much as you can as training is limited. Not too many opportunities for advancement.
