Pros
Aggressive goals, but exec team is transparent with employees about what they are and how we can meet them Good work/life balance and flexibility - quite a few remote employees Supportive environment, good people, good teamwork Competitive benefits, vacation time, and salary with bonus potential Plenty of autonomy and ownership over how I manage my part of the business
Cons
Certain teams don't have bandwidth to accomplish tasks that other teams depend on. Some disorganization and growing pains in the company as a whole, but not more than I'd expect to see at any company.
