Amazing Company that is Growing Quickly

Pros

Amazing benefits. I often hear people say that we have the best coverage they've ever had in a corporate setting. The people who work here are always so helpful, and if they do not have an answer for you, they always point you in the right direction. It is a hybrid work environment which is really nice, and most managers are very flexible with your schedule. Also, the vacation and holiday time is awesome! They give a whole week in the summer and winter around the holidays plus all the regular holidays and PTO.

Cons

Since it is a fairly small company employees have a very wide reach which could potentially be a negative for some people. I enjoy being able to touch many different things at the company, but some people may only want to focus on one specific thing which is not common here.

Pros

Company has evolved greatly the past 5 years. Believe the revenue has doubled. Modernized a strong company with Digital and ecommerce. Benefits are great, especially Health and the 2 weeks of company breaks (4th of July and Christmas/New Year). Glad to be on a strong team that is going places.

Cons

Hybrid environment is very good but sometimes it would help getting together more often for collaboration, training and team building.

Pros

I like my coworkers, benefits are good, I have been able to grow at a strong pace that allowed me to learn and expand my skill set. It’s a company you can see yourself at for a long time. They’ve also grown during Covid and we had no lay offs. It was nice to have during an uncertain time in retail.

Cons

I can’t think of anything glaring but if I had to list one, maybe an update or two to certain systems, that to me is not a deal breaker and I am still well trained on the current ones.
