      Pay check is there every Friday and no problems. I do not ever foresee a shortage of work in this company

      benefits could be better to compete with other companies. There are a few other companies offering more benefits at a lower cost

      Pros

      Great Pay. The use of company owned resorts at anytime. Great group of people to work with. Contest drawings around Christmas. Paid vacations and personal days.

      Cons

      Technology is dated. Every 3-6 months there are matrix changes that cause confusion. Open dock environment that leaves you exposed to the elements. Understaffed in all areas of operation except upper management. Difficult to advance up in the company.

      Pros

      One of the leading transportation companies with an aggressive growth initiative. Very supportive internal network but management was not. Benefits were acceptable. Co-workers were great! Pay was fair. When the company was run by the original ownership, it was employee focused. As they have grown, profits became more important than their largest asset, employees!

      Cons

      Did not provide work - life balance. Poor training program. ERP system and technology was archaic. My management was not a good fit for the position held. Customer Service groups were perceived by customers as being unhappy and didn't want to be there. Lacked professionalism and were not customer focused.
