      some people are okay

      Cons

      the pay is horrible after 4 years your still at 15.85 very unorganized and if your a full timer you only make 18.00 and the benefits are a joke. Favoritism is in every job i know that but they do not acknowledge hard work at all. Most supervisors are always high at work and have no idea what there talking about.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment most of the time. Unless management thinks something is urgent and don't give you a reason. There's a $50 (before tax) annual bonus and weekly paychecks.

      Cons

      Lot of Cons of working here. Software development is done in worst possible method. No real respect to employees. It is a echo chamber with the management. No modes of communication to express ideas or do good work. Add the strong religious undertones to the list.
