Pros

The pay is good, not for the way you get treated but above average for the area. They have hotels in various states they call resorts you can use free of charge. The cafeteria is ok the prices are high.

Cons

If you aren't friends or family with anyone important you won't get promoted unless you are a lazy rat. They threaten to fire you for the simplest mistakes and no matter how hard you work it won't be good enough

No room for growth

Pros

Pay is good. Good experience working with other teams very collaborative. Good for someone starting a career in coding.

Cons

no room for growth unless you are the oldest in the amount of years you are there and not what you know. Which results in incompetent people being managers. Good for short term not long term.

Pros

Always felt like I had job security. If you are a workaholic this place is for YOU!

Cons

Not going into the nitty gritty, but there is no standard "40 hour weeks", they will have you work 45+ and odd hours... I wouldn't recommend working for this company, I personally don't believe they pay you for what you're worth and the only thing that makes the check worth it is the overtime... but overtime every week for someone like me gets old. Working 45-50 hour weeks is their standard. Management is awful. Don't expect any time off. You get 1 week vacation after the first year - 3 years. Only 2 personal days (sick, just needing to call in, etc.) Maybe 3 depending on when you're hired. You just work too many long hours, so I feel you should at least have 2 weeks / accumulate it depending on how much you work. You cannot call in vacation.
