      Pros

      R+L is a very friendly environment to work in. Employees are happy and it is a fun and enjoyable place to work. The pay at R+L is great and the opportunities to advance here are limitless. Many of our employee have worked here for years and have worked their way up the ladder to upper management positions. I would highly recommend R+L as a place to work and start a career at.

      ok payscale, good co-workers - thats about it.

      Cons

      No respect for employees , even those with many years in this business. Condescending, belligerent attitude- they think bullying employees is the way to manage and get respect and theyre dead wrong.Like others have said they never reward anyone for work well done but hand out steady streams of write-ups for every petty issue you can think of and they seem to enjoy doing it.Perform dedicated quality work day in and out and its thrown back in your face.
