      Pros

      Flexible schedule. I had times when I needed a night off for an emergency and the dispatcher didn't even flinch. Pay was a little low but I've heard they improved on that. Good equipment, hardly ever broke down on me. And you can't beat the company owned resorts. Nobody worked for offered something so cool.

      Cons

      Local management is a joke. They utilize the "good ol' boys" club business model so unless you're a relative or friend, don't count on getting promoted off the dock or truck. Also, like any company, they'll give you your space until you mess up, then they'll happily throw you under the bus to save themselves.
