      Transit time was on a par with other carriers.

      Cons

      There is nothing interactive between leadership and field management. This is a dictatorial management style that requires managers and supervisors to comply with edicts that come from leaders and owners. Some of the most biased and narcicistic leadership team I've ever met.

      Terrible locations. Horrible benefits. Very less vacation time. Inflexible hours. Still using Business Basic. Far behind new technology.

      Pros

      You get paid for what you do, either by being punched in on the clock or getting paid a percentage by what ever line haul you run for the night.

      Cons

      Having to work nights can get old after a while. Hard to get any kind of rest during the day. Some times get tired while driving those night time hours.
