      New corporate management has driven the company into the ground

      Pros

      It was a decent company when the Robert's family was involved in the day to day operations. Since a bunch of rejects from competitors have been hired to run the company, the company that once was is no more. It said a lot about the new corporate management when Larry Jr. was so dissatisfied with the way the company was being ran that Larry Sr. bought out Jr's share.

      Cons

      No respect for anyone below service center managers. Hires outside carriers to haul the freight and tells company drivers there is no freight. Demands the drivers be ready to work everyday, but then tells them they are not needed today, but make sure you are ready tomorrow because we might need you.

      Not to bad, good place to start for security

      Pros

      I went from part time to full time with no issue. Lots of down time my coworkers were pretty good

      Cons

      Terminal Manager could of cared less about security. Brought ideas to the Terminal Manager and most of the time, he wouldn't even listen. Some of the front management were rude and brushed off my help.
