Pros

Always felt like I had job security. If you are a workaholic this place is for YOU!

Cons

Not going into the nitty gritty, but there is no standard "40 hour weeks", they will have you work 45+ and odd hours... I wouldn't recommend working for this company, I personally don't believe they pay you for what you're worth and the only thing that makes the check worth it is the overtime... but overtime every week for someone like me gets old. Working 45-50 hour weeks is their standard. Management is awful. Don't expect any time off. You get 1 week vacation after the first year - 3 years. Only 2 personal days (sick, just needing to call in, etc.) Maybe 3 depending on when you're hired. You just work too many long hours, so I feel you should at least have 2 weeks / accumulate it depending on how much you work. You cannot call in vacation.

Pros

You have people reviews and you have a choice to work here or not. You have been warned. Stay away!!!! I'm not a disgruntle associate this is the God honest truth.

Cons

If you come here as a team driver that's exactly what you're going to be for as long as you stay with the company. Also, teams are pushed and slaved here no time to stop and do nothing. Treated as if you are a robot and not a human being. They call it pay by the load in reality its they pay you what they want, because it's no kind of guide they give you to follow no rule of thumb on how to calculate this. Ask any driver here they can confirm everything that I have just posted.

Pros

Great Pay Employee Resorts for vacation Guaranteed work; five days a week Weekends off Decent employees Paid vacations/days off

Cons

You are somewhat exposed to the elements. You will sweat in the summer, and have your teeth chatter in the winter. Skeleton crew makes it difficult if someone is on vacation or hurt. While you start each shift at the same time; there is no set quit time. Hard to schedule appointments. Little room for advancement.
