      Good job, overall. They generally let you do your job without too much micromanaging.

      Cons

      Lots that could improve. Pay rate is lower than most of the competition in the northeast and no time and a half like most now have.

      This could be lengthy! Insurance: It's there, but higher co-pays then industry standards Overtime: What's that? Equipment: Buy your own pallet jack to deliver our freight, If D.O.T. wanted to be %%##% they would put majority of equipment out of service. Managers: They try to "mind $%$#" you and make up their own rules when it is beneficial to them. They delegate work too hard works and leave their "buddies" alone. Manager quotes "R+L don't clock you out for lunch, soooo". This is highly illegal and unethical practice to push your driver to the point where they work past their lunch cause you want 18 stops a day leaving sometimes in the middle of the day to do all said stops.
