Pros

Pay was better than most in the area. Fairly easy to learn the job duties and become proficient quickly.

Cons

Working part time the hours would vary widely depending on how much work there was to do. Working full time the hours would vary too, but they were much more reliable than part time. No structured training in place. Instead you would be set up to shadow a person or two for a few days, then released on your own. So depending on how informed and dedicated the person you shadowed was, you may learn different procedures from other people. This "family company" has horrible communication. Basically no EAP to speak of. Culture at this location seemed to take pride in working themselves to death.
