Pros

Better than average benefits Hard to get fired Stable job

Cons

No one is punished for being late, doing things wrong. Good employee's get yelled at where as the bad employee's get away with everything Management doesn't write people up When people do get fired they just need 3 out of 5 people from the company to bring them back after a week. Hard to get full time Only way up is to be a truck driver No raises No overtime till you hit 60 hours due to the company being grandfathered in on a farming law.
