Good pay, home daily! Company resorts but you won't have enough pto to emit them

Cons

Not enough PTO. Will terminate at the drop of a hat! Work you like a dog! Severe favoritism from management! They very up front about telling you, they don't care what the working conditions are. You will drive in the worst weather conditions. Freight is more important than the driver!

Pros

Decent pay that sometimes raises cap as quality of life raise. Work will keep you busy and the day will move quickly.

Cons

Not assigned truck for a while. Sometimes not enough trucks and you start your route very late. Have to buy your own pallet jack. You will also drive box truck sometimes and delivery in very tight small mom and pops business types taking elevators or calling numbers on the BOL to try to reach receiver with no response. Liftgates are worn out commonly and youll frequently get very large shipments that are awkward, not packed right, and too heavy for one man or Arnold Schwartz to handle. Very dangerous and backbreaking. They will not issue electric pallet jack to these loads and there arent enough to go around.

Paid weekly and direct deposit, vacation after 90 days.

Cons

You don’t work five days, sometimes only two. Assignments are not by seniority although bidding any decent run is. No overtime for line haul, straight time for P&D guys. Terminal managers speak to you rudely and like a three year old.
