Most coworkers are decent Nothing else

Cons

Very toxic work environment Horrible management Lazy people Slipseating, nasty, old, poorly maintained trucks and trailers Pay is lower than competitors Management is vulgar and sexually harasses everybody No work-life balance they will constantly overwork you and scream at you for no reason Dock mishandles customers freight Low morale high turnover Did I mention horrible management?

Steady income, Free vacation accommodations, OK partner discounts.

Cons

Working 70-80 hours a week with no compensation past 50. Always being told how disappointing your terminals performance is. Poor team morale. Constant negativity towards employees from upper management.
